This was recorded 7:30am 9th September 2007 in Moscow, on Prospekt Vernadskogo by security cameras.
From the police reports, it was revealed that a young lady had met up with some 'expensive' criminals (probably her pimps) to pay some money to them. Things got, apparently, nasty at this encounter. Anyway, police were stationed nearby and a check revealed the plates on the car were stolen. Police then approached the car, but the occupants took off. Police are then observed shooting at the criminals, and then pursuing them.

Anyway, the criminals that fled were rounded up a couple hours later.
