This is NOT a regular face lift. It is called a Temporal lift and blepharoplasty. A full face lift is a much more extensive procedure where the entire facial skin is separated from the skull and 'pulled back', removing the excess skin at the edges and sewing the new edge back to the other edge of the incision.
