CULIACAN,MEXICO: This city's cocaine drug cartel hitmen have received one specific order from their mob bosses: "Kill cops on sight on the spot", and that's exactly what they are doing, so brazen as to literally chase police cars on highways and riddling them with bullets. Off-duty cops are followed home and killed in front of their families, some of them appearing headless in empty fields.
