(January 14th, 2011) Raw footage surfaces from inside the Costa Concordia as the ship starts tilting a short ways into the video. Passengers scream and go into panic (1:20). Later in the vid, passengers and crew are seen trying to keep their footing as the ship sinks.

This was uploaded directly to youtube from a passenger on the 17th. This was the statement from the uploader.

"Here's a little bit of what happened Friday-Saturday over the span of 5-6 hours. I was able to record the less shaky and crowded moments of that night, but I couldn't get most of the evacuation because I didn't want to lose my phone...

There's so much more to say and to write down before I forget about the people we saw, the stuff we heard, etc., but this is the footage I have for now.

In short, we boarded a lifeboat which failed, climbed over two decks, and climbed down the rope ladder to be received by the Coast Guard.

My family and I are so blessed to have survived and stayed together throughout the entire experience. Praise God."
