  • I have a lot of respect for this man. Guaranteed his employees would work themselves into the ground for him.

Not all of them are like that, if you ever see the program undercover boss, you'll see that alot of them care for their employees. But definetely, the CEOs from Detroit and from Wall Street, have a lot of to learn from this man.

Many of the Undercover Boss's you see are CEO's who have started their own business and built it up. That's why they care. The Harvard assholes who slide into a comfy position don't give a fuck. It's ALL about them.

  • This right here is what in the military is called Leading by Example. This is how you lead, leading from the front, not from the back or from a desk.

He's an exemplary person and definetely shows high degree of ethics that must be followed.

Your that kid that wouldn't let anyone play with the new toys if you couldnt eh....socialist dictator telling other people what they can and can not do with the money they profited with their private company. • @kiska You stamp your feet and cry to mom and dad when you never got an MVP I. The sport you played and then hated Johnny because he got it but he scored your team 3 goals and 2 assist and not to mention scored the winning goal to win the champion. I bet you were exactly that type of kid. Define greedy. These multimillionaires pay millions in taxes every year. You pay fuck all. In one year Romney pays 2 million in taxes. While you pay what 20 thousand. And you say that people like him are greed More..

  • In the old days the owners of a business made good money, but not much more than the workers they employed. Of course they deserved more money, but they weren't greedy either, and they invested a portion of the profits back into the company.

    • @Rhemis

Exactly. I don't doubt that Warren Buffett studied for a long time and worked really hard to negotiate his deal with Bank of America and he probably deserves to be paid more than his secretary, but his effort on that contract sure as hell wasn't worth a compensation package equivalent to $35,000 an hour for ten years.

    • @Rhemis Yep, the old school owners used to gain from the annual profits, but now execs pay themselves 8 figure bonuses even when a company loses money or goes bankrupt.

  • Lot of people could learn form this guy. Places like Best Buy are gonna go under. They gonna pay 6.5 million to new CEO if he cant get a visa to work in USA,how about they use that money to save jobs instead.
