  • Great find.

I've noticed I get really fucked up dreams when I'm stressed out, I wish I didn't but still don't know how to avoid them. I thought being a Buddhist would help but nope. Thank-you Marines.

  • I always remember my dreams when I first wake up. After about an hour, it usually just slips away. What's funny is sometimes you can pick up the next night where a dream previously left off.

You were really hit by a bus? Or just kept having a dream about it?

Damn, sorry to hear it. That has to be a f'cked up thing to experience.

I wonder if the recurring dreams are how our minds try to relive the event and find a better ending for it.

    • @jafll According to the video, we have no control of dreams..they are "movies" of our life experiences which are stored in our subconsciousness..how they are categorized in our minds is the cool part :)

  • I have a suspicion that the statistics say the most common dream emotion is anxiety simply because people generally forget their dreams, but the ones they remember are the ones that stressed them. In my experience, very few dreams are anxiety dreams, I never feel abandoned, and I seldom feel fear in dreams. I would also say that, all dreams we remember have some conscious awareness, otherwise we would not remember them at all.
