shows strange spiral UFOs over Baghdad at 1555 EST on 3rd April 2003, on a camera that was being shown on Fox News Channel. This was approx. 4 hours after the city-wide power cut that occured on that day. It is just the background video while an interview is going on with some guy. They don't say anything about it.
