Actually, I think his MOA is in direct violation of his COPE which is a typical IFDB in relation to the PIND and totally outside the VODE Act which is an enforcable DWB under SWAR policy.

I have a feeling they don't do a mental exam on police cadets in the police academy. Just a tiny feeling I've got after watching this tiny clip. It's brilliant to give people with a mental disorder a gun, a police car and a badge. I was waiting for a one guy shoot out towards the white truck.

It's about reading the person sitting in front of your. Asking tough questions, questions that makes you uncomfortable and then push you some more.
Remember these people shall work under high stress levels, carrying a gun and speak to people who are drunk, on druks and even retarded people.
