He dead! The motorist could have paid a little attention. This is one thing wrong with alot of bike riders. They think that just cos they can fit trough a gap in traffic such as in between 2 cars on a 2 lane street they can. To that you add russian culture of driving and you get 1 dead guy on LL.
I do not mean to imply that all motorists do this...infact id say most motorists pay more attention to others than people driving cars do.

BRUTAL.
That looked fatal to me (the pedestrian) or plenty of broken bones. Had to view it a few times, seems the biker was able to stay on which is really amazing, although the video is dash mounted. Just the sound of the impact and the body being deflected is gruesome and unforgettable.
BTW, seems entirely the biker's fault - the pedestrian was crossing in a crosswalk area, well marked, and had already made 2-3 steps. The biker ignored the fact a large truck and car had stopped in the o More..

@mytwocents For sure the biker made a bad choice - Everyone that drives a car has done this at some point (usually incident free) so we're all idiots, some of us more frequently deserve the label than others though :-)
Not all crosswalks are equal either, had this happened in Asia the pedestrian would have been in the wrong - over here you only have to stop if the zebra crossing is preceded by a solid white line running transverse across the road.

I was going to say "BS! I've never done that!", but you're right, I've done it once (incident free), and felt like a total asshole right after....
Pedestrians here have the right of way at uncontrolled intersections, the way it should be.
