WASHINGTON (06/20/2007)-- (WUSA) D.C. Metropolitan Police are on the scene investigating shots fired on the grounds of Walter Reed.

This incident happened outside one of the gates at about 8:34 a.m.

Two security guards employed at Walter Reed, who work for Vance Security of Arlington got into a verbal argument.

Police tell 9NEWS NOW one of the guards began to walk away, the other fired shots at his fellow guard.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

Two vehicles that were parked were left riddled with bullets that travelled across Georgia Ave during the morning rush hour. Luckily no one was hurt.
