Thanks for sharing your fishing trip with us. Theres one thing i not so much dislike but more or less mess's up my plans for the next day, is when i watch a fishing video i end up getting my pole and tackle box together and try and find a way to get either to the pond/creek or lake. And all my plans are put off for a day,,, hahaha

The hat idea is pretty cool although Im not sure that the cardboard in it is really meant for support of the camera rather than keeping the shape of the hat during shipping,but if it helps then sobeit. That gave me an idea though. I think I can easily make a similar mount on one of the many hats I have possibly do a vid or two also. Another nice post,keep em coming!

@gonehuntin Yea the cardboard was probably for shipping. The bill has a plastic core instead of cardboard tho. Most likely to hold the mount solid. If you make a cam hat, show us. :) Thanks for the input and your comments!

@CargeLock Rays are very related to sharks *nods* It's also certianly not just rays in the fresh water.
Realizing that the most dangerous shark (more so than the Great White) has been seen in rivers hundreds if not thousands of miles inland of the ocean, the Bull Shark, I refuse to get into any river.
And they are not just "trolling around" They are breeding.

Nice! I spent a week canoeing and fishing on the Boundary Waters up there about four years ago. I was with my son and his Scout troop. I'm glad the boys knew how to fish because I was awful at it.
