Neocon influenced think tank "Policy Exchange" caught in extremist liturature fraud

In October the influential think tank, the Policy Exchange, produced a report which hit the headlines. They investigated 100 mosques around Britain and claimed that 25 of them were disseminating extremist literature. Newsnight had been working on a detailed film based on this report but, as we were checking the evidence which underpinned the findings, we began to find some discrepancies which gave us cause for concern.

  • maybe an investigation should be held into those who maliciously release false terror information into the press to frighten the population -- and if deliberate intent is shown perhaps a trial

but that would be a problem given that the government and media is also doing it

it's a many headed hydra. i don't blame Americans for falling for a disinformation campaign so massive and concerted. i like to call these institutions the 'anti-think tanks'.

  • byronmatthews: "Yeah we all know how peacefull and loving muslims are. "
we also know how peaceful and loving people who persecute Muslims are (shrugs)

    1) it's their culture

    2) they are not synonymous with terrorism -- and if you want to go that route let's check how much damage our airstrikes are doing to the general population over there, shall we?

  • Yeah --- Very misleadig by your"neocons"

Instead of 25 out of the 100 being 5typical jihadi swine, in reality it was 99 who were dissimenating TERRORISTIC literature.

The 100th one was not dissimenating any HATE literature at the time of this report .... the mosque was a pile of smoking rubble from the bomb factory located in the basement and all had met their virgins in the neighborhood pigsty.

The pigs reported that burned jihadi entrails were not too unpaletable...

  • What about the hundreds of videos I've seen of muslims demonstrating in America and Europe screaming for blood over Danish cartoons, mishandling of korans and Sudanese teddy bears? And the videos of arab television of imams calling for the destruction of America and Israel? And all the suicide bombings and beheadings posted on the internet? "DEATH TO AMERICA". 9/11 and.......

Do we just toss all of that out the window because of this program? There is no need to fabricate anything. More..

  • Of course the emam clerics foment hatred & terror.
Conservatives, and their data, will always be the target of islamofascist sympathizers.
According to these naysayers... not one mosque is trying to recruit the young brit muslims, who feel torn between a free england and the sharia law of their neighborhoods, and seek wrong guidance & leadership.
When we know darn well that's what they do.

I think this "newsnight" org should be investigated.

  • Im still waiting to go to a Church and get a pamphlet saying kill the Islamic dogs with a cartoon of blood and hateful speech.

I am also waiting to go to Church, and will be waiting but you get my point.

  • There should be no mosque in London until there is a church, a temple, and a synagogue in Mecca.

    The rest is BS.
