A repost. It is 27 minutes long, but probably well worth a look.
The speaker is a criminal defense lawyer who really knows what he is talking about and probably worth a look if you have the time.
At some point in their lives, most Americans will have some kind of contact with the police. The outcome may very well depend on how you behave during the encounter.
The point of it is if you are innocent or guilty, nothing you say on your own (instead of through your lawyer) can EVER help you in a court case that involves YOU.
Possibly the most important information anyone can hear, on your rights as an American citizen if you have been arrested and/or accused of any crime.
SUMMARY: "Never talk to the police - it never ever helps you even when you are INNOCENT.".
