    • Ha ha ha!! You sound like a conspiracy theorist, whatever that means. Who are all these people in control of the media that are constantly catering to black people? They sure aren't black. Sounds to me like you've got some kind of image in your head of a bunch of puppet masters sitting around a table talking about how they must bow down to the black man. Who's wearing the tin foil hat now?

    • It's not a shadow conspiracy. It's called the democrat party, and it's out there in full (or is that fool?) glory for everybody to see. It's the democrats who introduced political correctness to the culture. It's political correctness that makes it virtually impossible to point out what is obvious about blacks, which is that in general, they are dumb, dysfunctional, and often criminal.

  • Like most folks when disaster stikes, you pick up the pieces and move on. In Louisiana you had people who have been taken care of from cradle to grave by big Goverment.

  • The vid points out a valid observation. This IS still a black and white society, each treated differently. There are obviously still a lot of whites out there suffering from "white guilt", get over it. They have been conditioned by the pollitically correct media and our "government schools" to think inside a small box. The word "racist" has been used so much in the wrong context that it has lost its usefulness. The only time it works is when it is directed at a vict More..

  • Iowa doesn't have the sex appeal of the Big Easy, nor the possibility of transforming any city into a gambling Mecca for high rollers with all the service industry attached to it. Iowa, let's see, it's farmland right? So boooo-ring, nobody cares except when the ruined crop cause food prices to climb even higher.

  • Iowans aren't black but they sure are white trash. I'm happy to say that I have sent my cash and clothing to New Orleans for lack of disrespect by Iowa's Shameful people. Good luck rebuilding your lives be the Federal and Local governments. Dumb assess, why didn't you buy flood insurance? Let's see your local government told you it wasn't necessary. Who are the fools now? YOU ARE! Now that the Country is a "Recession", you can sleep well at night. There is no one going to help you..... More..

  • Back to topic. Let me know when untold thousands of white people get stuffed into a big building and left to starve and die. Let me know when they try to cross into the next city on foot and are turned away by law enforcement at gunpoint. Let me know when any bodies of the dead are left for weeks on end in a wide open easily accessible street. Oh, and let me know when large groups of people have their houses taken by the government even though they could easily be remodeled.

    • Actually, the flooded areas were mostly white. The blacks all live in the delta, which is more in the middle of the state.

    • We have shelters here too. They don't turn into hellholes like the Superdome did because we don't have a bunch of lowlifes around exploiting the situation to rob, rape, and beat people. Our shelters are functional, and there's still people in some of them.

    • quote: "Let me know when untold thousands of white people get stuffed into a big building and left to starve and die".

^ the Louisiana State evacuation plans called for people to be evacuated from the city. It was Mayor Ray Nagin & his crew who adopted the plan to ship people into the Superdome, telling them to bring their own food & water.

    • I was talking about the people that tried to walk out of the city. They were turned away by a neighboring towns police force at gunpoint.

Although the evacuation plans were ignored by people who had no means to leave and ended up at the dome, there's no excuse for the amount of time they were left there. Geraldo had to beg for mercy on national television. No excuse for the way they were treated. You can come up with defenses all day long but the fact remains that they were treated like third w More..

    • Yup, I did get that. I was also talking about people who were native New Orleans and were trying to move from one part of the city to another part of the city and they were prevented from doing so by local New Orleans police officers.

The "state" evacuation plan was not just ignored by civilians, but to a great extent by Nagin's own staff. As I said, it was a "local New Orleans" plan that opened the Superdome. It was local school buses that were sitting idle, it was local More..

  • On top of all that, I think we could both agree country folk, black or white, are much less likely to descend into a mob mentality than city folk, black or white. Just look at the riots in LA. Sure there were a lot of black people looting, but if you look at those videos again, you will see plenty of white people taking advantage of the chaos.

  • So let me get this straight: You're upset that Iowa wasn't a completely tragic clusterfuck like New Orleans was? Are you disappointed that FEMA actually did a decent job with clean up in Iowa? I'm sorry you didn't get raped or looted and that you didn't have to stack your dead neighbors in the street, jeez you just can't please some racist people. Maybe next time ;)
