I thought Dawn was Pakistani, but this news report was narrated in English by someone with a British accent. Can somebody explain? Does Dawn do English language broadcasts?

@kingfordlm It sounded to me like someone was putting on an accent. It got a little too constipated at times. But what is most important about this is that it is FAKE. The sign that gives that place and date is edited in. It looks completely out of place. What this means is that they are bluffing. They are not controlling the city. They wouldn't fake the video if they really controlled the city.

@Nepean109 Only good if your name happens to be Abdullah and your goal is outright Sunni dominance of the Gulf and the Middle East, consequences be damned.
