This kind of weapons is what makes helicopters in dire need of ground troops assistance. With the vehicle concealed, it's hardly seen but it can engage at up to 5km and maybe even more... proximity fuse means no need to score a direct hit to cause big damage.
And the worse part is that shoulderpad sams are even more dangerous. If they were cheap as RPG the war in Afghanistan would have been over 10 yrs ago already and the talebs would have won much easier than they are doing now.
