how does this thing NOT destroy the launch vehicle?
Also it scarcely seems worth the effort. The chances of that glorified V2 hitting within a mile of the target are slight. They might as well have swapped that useless SCUD for towable artillery. Just an expensive cluster fuck that goes "boom" someplace, certainly not the target..

@Dixie Normiss a neighbourhood that has been FSA occuppied for ages, there are a number of areas that have had static front lines for almost a year now, such as Homs, Aleppo etc. Also a lost SAA base that had equipment left behind would be a feasable target.
