The fall probably did not cause damage, because his body was relaxed as it fell, flipped, smacked the iron tower, and slammed into the ground, at least the guy can take comfort in that.

I performed CPR on a man whom was electrocuted accidentally (not his fault). I got to him at the construction site about 12 seconds after the entire earth hummed with 100's of thousands of amps.
