Two cops enter special needs home, brutally hitting, punching, and
pepper spraying special needs teen for sleeping without a shirt.
After
being woken up the confused teen asked NYPD officers why he was being
arrested when he had permission to sleep there, the officers then
attempted to arrest him, and when the teen refused one officer throws a
punch, slamming the teen on the couch where he is then brutally
punch numerous times!
