location is Al Bayada in Homs Region - minor victim is only 8 years
old. The video guy says the location and date in Arabic, says the kid
got "shot by the Assad gang" and the people are saying "he needs to go
to a hospital".
(the problem is that when one goes to a hospital in
Syria the police usually are waiting for you and they kill you inside
the hospital if you are presumed to be a pro Democracy protester or from
a neighborhood that is considered disloyal to the regime )
