School buses are festooned with flashing lights and stop signs and other devices for a reason — to make sure children don't get run over while the bus is stopped.
Shena Hardin, 32, decided that she didn't have time to wait for one particular bus as it stopped to pick up a disabled child each morning, and repeatedly drove on the sidewalk to get around the bus. But the driver captured her on his camera phone and called the police.
The next time she jumped the curb to speed by on the sidewalk, a cop was waiting around the corner. Hardin got a ticket for not stopping for a bus.
Ms. Hardin, who are you?! Can the police in Cleveland also give out tickets for being a pretty awful person? This is definitely one of those instances where she should have also a citation for a nightstick-smashed burnt out tail light, as well as for driving a really lame fake Jeep. (Hat tip to Justin!)

'pick up a disabled child each morning' Hold on now... I have seen this before. Not to defend the girl in the Jeep but I live in a city where the kids wait at the corner of a very busy road and the bus stops at every second street. It literally stops every 120 feet. If you get caught behind this school bus parade, you might be inclined to drive up the sidewalk too. Even healthy normal kids can't seem to get on a bus in an expediate manner.
Add the fact that it's a short bus? well you get More..

I watched again. Were they actually loading kids into the bus or were they setting up a sting operation where they park the bus with the lights flashing for 20 minutes, just waiting for people to get impatient? Looks like entrapment to me.

@Jaseun you must not be a parent, or just dont care about kids. This most likely was a daily event until they asked the police to be there around a certain time because as a parent I know the school bus is always around at a certain time, not hard to predict.

What my point is, is that the bus was probably being a pita to some extent and people get fed up. That's all, people like the bus driver should realize other people have lives too.
