Jump in the Andes, (Chile)
The project B.A.S.E. Los Andes consisted of a leap on a bike in the middle of the Andes (the Rabona Sector,El Plomo(5.454 mts),Chile.The parachutist Chilean Julio Muñoz performed this feat in May 2011 on a 450cc bike, landing on a cliff after 1000 meters.
Julio Muñoz became famous in November last year to parachute from the roof of the Costanera Center.
The project involved two months of intense work in production and the participation of a total of 25 people during the two months of preparation, of which 15 were in Loma Rabona on event day.
