one more last time the video cuts out the part of sam-7 takin out the chop the white smoke behind it i belive when shoulder anti-air chase heat they do that ,but till now they saying we dont have but ak to fight, theres videos showing training and holding anti-air weapons.coming from lebiya with tons of fighters.

That's a big helo dropping like a sack of shit.
5 rotors possible stub wings / pylons a thin tail boom and what looks like an open door at the back.
I'd guess it's an Mi-17 with the rear door removed, there's a hint of color change where the door opening meets the ceiling as per Mi-17.
