I don’t know what started it, but a man was verbally assaulting the maintenance man. I’m no legal expert, but in my opinion the verbal assault seems to be borderline menacing.



I have confronted police and city council at least once about this verbal altercation, yet they refuse to take appropriate action. Instead I have been harassed, threatened and feel my civil rights have been violated by the city Council and/or Police Department. Even though I brought this assault up several times, none of the Council members or police officers ask for any details or evidence like my videos. They are so bigoted and derelict that they reach their conclusions before properly investigating. The date this was videoed
