    If "Obama Care" was appropriately labeled for what it is (a new tax....like FICA, Federal, Welfare, etc).....it would of stopped cold the day it was brought up.

  • In a democracy you have elected representatives. It is in fact their views that matter most, not some poll numbers. Of course politicians ought to take into consideration the public view, but it does NOT bind their voting behaviour.

    A referendum would be of course another matter altogether.
