Södertälje (Sweden) - Several robbers assaulted a gold shop in a mall. Three of them entered the shop while one remained outside.

While the robbers were on their way out, they stumbled upon a policeman in civilian clothes. A shooting ensued, and one of the robbers was hit.

Right after the man was shot, his partners ran away leaving him on the floor.
The robbers were armed with AK-47s.

Accordingly to early reports, the criminal was hit in the head.
