Those roads are not that bad. It's the drivers who know nothing about driving in those conditions. The most important rule is "Slow the fuck down"! Some of those are four-wheel drive rigs, which are usually the most dangerous, because the idiot behind the wheel things that is going to keep him from sliding.

@rhapsodical78 In Utah they get heavy snow so the cities are usually right on top of it. Plowing, and salting the roads. Sometimes it will rain/snow then ice over, and snow again on top of it to hide the ice. Also a lot of people get caught with summer tires during these first ice-overs.
