7-way formation skydive chasing the low guy
During a 7-way skydive one of the jumpers fell into the burble of another and went low so we all chased the low guy, saving the skydive. In the end we still formed up and turned a couple of points with the entire 7-way thanks to chasing the lowest jumper. Sometimes it's just more fun when there's a screw-up.

Why not launch a chunk? A 7 way piece off the step of that airplane is doable.

Some of us like to dive, besides, the 4-way cunk broke up, how successful do you think a 7-way chunk would have been?

That's true...if the 4 way blows up off the airplane...a 7 way probably wouldn't have stood a chance....we just hate wasting altitude if we don't have to. We were pulling 10 ways off an Otter "back in the day"...but we'd been at it for a long time...so it was all about the right people in the right places in the door.
I do agree...it is a ton of fun to be the diver/swooper!

I've been on worse, believe me. We managed to pull off the 7-way on this one.
