Royal Marines training is globally recognised as the most difficult military training there is. Only Royal Marines and Para Regiment are chosen for the S.A.S. Only Royal Marines are chosen for the S.B.S. The Royal Marines, the S.A.S & S.B.S. (both British and Australian) are the world's elite fighting force bar none.

My Uncle bombed the shit out of Germany 6 times before their plane was shot down and he was killed. His parachute was damaged, and he was killed in the fall.
He was a tail gunner.

It must be so frustrating as a military commander. Fighting an enemy hiding in between civilians. Using them as shields. If there was no public opinion, this war would have been over in months. Imagine entire fleets of B52 carpet bombing the shit of them.
During WW2 the allies bombed many European (non-German) cities, killing many civilians. It was accepted back then. The bigger picture was more important.
Now the world is raging when the USAF forces kill some civilians. But they seem to for More..
