Great for when you go on two or three week vacations.
Save money on cat-food, boarding and paying a neighbor to watch it.

Nice. I grew up on a farm with 14 cats. Mom taught us this. Carry them like the mama cat did and their calm as newborns.

Anyone who owns and actually cares for a cat already knows this.

That's awesome! The instinct of momma carrying him as a baby takes over and he goes limp!

Considering the scruff of the neck is how a mother cat carry's her kittens around, this is no surprise. The back of a cats neck is strong, it has to be and i doubt the animal felt pain, however im not sure i would use a clip like that.

@MiST
It's a simple way to calm a rambunctious cat as well. Pick them up by the scruff of their neck and they go into kitten mode. All cats must have mother issues.

picking them up is different than putting that clip on them. It hurts.

I don't think so. Every time I've tried to grab a woman like that they start kicking and screaming.

If it did, it would make raping women soooooo much easier! :D
Ok seriously though, that was pretty cool and I'm curious if it works with all cats. :)

- Someone said it works, but you have to use your hands, and do it from the front. Haha. Maybe not.
- Yeah, that was a cool trick. Just like hitting the off button.

looks like animal instincts kick in right away, like when the mom carries the cubs out of danger.
