    • @One Ballock

Project cost was something like 70mil and unit price is 25mil. vs 60 billion that US spent on F22 which is discontinued.

It may not be perfect but its cheap.

      Thats kinda special :P

    • @Bleys I was referring to the uploader's question at 2:24.

If those numbers are accurate that's incredible. Although most of the Asian countries have done great work reverse engineering tech at the expense of others R&D dollars. No clue if the same applies here.

    • @One Ballock

ohh well i guess he meant 3:24.

But yeah even if its a stolen technology. Doesnt change a fact that they have it :P

    • @One Ballock The extravagant costs for US planes are more down to the fact that all the great American aerospace companies of the jet age have merged into the giants Lockheed Martin, Boeing and Northrop Grumman with Lockheed winning all the contracts for US stealth fighters.

When you are the monopoly, you control the price. China has as much as 20 smaller aerospace firms all in fierce competition with an extremely strict government customer that has the power to inflict real consequences on com More..

  • I was really hoping for a mid-air collision. It never happened.

  • The movement at 2:24 is what we would call in the USAF an "Immelmann turn", hope that helps. It is a high G, airspeed-for-altitude dogfighting maneuver.

  • Looks like a fast forward version for sure!

  • That's called a 'ground aversion' maneuver. It's used to stay so high above the earth that you appear to be a small dot in the air...

  • Fear the unknown...cause that's what creates victories.

  • Ahhh. The only think that I liked is that they were sporting the RED, White and Blue colors. Not to impressed with the J10. If their Jets are anything like the shity merchandise they export, battle in the skies will be a turkey shoot. If and when it ever comes to that. Hopefully it doesn't

  • Thank The_linguist and Ally_Gator for telling me the name of the movement; also thank One Ballock and Bleys' comments. I am sorry I gave the wrong time, it should be at 2:28 when the plane tail fronts forward.
