Apparently the guy was drunk and being a douche right before the camera comes on. If you listen at the end you will hear other customers say he deserved it. However I still think this lady would be a great fit at "Dick's Last Resort" that's the one restaurant where the servers are SUPPOSE to hurl insults at you while giving you great service!
