I'm not totally sure if he will ultimately turn out to be right wrong. The impression so far isnt good. If BO was the captain of my ship i'd jump port. That said, i wont stop hoarding every round of ammo i can find, because in a year or so he will turn his attention to one of our few remaining rights, the second amendment (since obviously his first goal is negating the first).

"The House vote capped a chaotic few days in which auto dealers saw a huge surge in sales, but struggled to register their deals with a swamped Department of Transportation computer system. Unsure how to react, Obama administration officials sent mixed signals late Thursday about suspending the program just as dealers braced for heavy buyer traffic.
Even Friday, officials weren't able to calculate how much money remained in the clunkers' kitty, other than to say that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which handles the rebates, has processed $250 million in vouchers. As late as Thursday morning, a NHTSA spokesman was brushing off concerns about the money running out as dealer "paranoia."
t Koons Automotive Companies, a large dealer chain around Baltimore and Washington D.C., it took three days to get its 16 dealers registered.
Koons by early Friday had done 295 clunker deals. But the company had registered only a small fraction on the NHTSA site as vouchers were kicked back or Koons accountants struggled to log onto the system.
"This is a great program, but it's also the WORST-RUN PROGRAM I HAVE EVER SEEN," said Alex Perdikis, Koons's executive vice president.
Earlier this week, fears mounted within the administration and among dealers that the sheer volume of sales could prove larger than the legislation -- or the government's clerks -- could handle."

If they can't figure out that "cash for clunkers" program might be underfunded its a "Fail", they did the same thing with the 'converter box coupon' program, underfunded. If they can't figure out the true cost of small simple programs imagine the massive and complex health care program they want to rush thru the Senate.
