Foreigner trapped in car by crowd after slapping and spitting woman in the face
He got out of his car , slapping and spitting a female driver in the face, after their cars bumped each other. The bystanders wanted to serve him street justice while cops were trying to take him away. In the end the police agreed that he would make the foreigner apologize to the woman as the crowd asked.

It happens when things involve privileged people like govt officials, rich guys and foreigners. there are vids showing police officers trapped in cars by angry crowds when they behaved badly in public. People simply don't trust the current judicial system and want to seek justice by themselves in public. That's not the problem with the people but with the corrupt system.
