"Rebuilding crumbling roads and bridges" was all part of the $787 billion Recovery Act signed in February 2009. Where did the money go Mr. President? Flashback: Obama in his own words (saying the same exact thing) in 2008 and 2009, prior to the Economic Stimulus.
