That pisses me off , Iowa , we have more river clean ups than anywhere else , go every year , but most people on the river even if there not cleaning up pick up along there cruise , so Oprah , your so wrong on this one , it least on the upper Iowa part , we have free canoes and free tubes , to help clean up 4 to 5 times a year , the river is slow , so not alot gets by , and its all up and down the river as well , other clean up crews do the same , but in a nut shell do More..
