A Guy Urinates on CCTV Owners Van 
Raw Unseen Footage>> The Owner Shows us the CCTV Footage he Captured.. this happened Last Week 16th July in the UK..The owner went outside to confront him and tell him to stop and the man refused.. resulting in a little scuffle.
The owner didn't call the cops because he supposedly had a good enough heart to know the guy had demons in his head / if it was me i'm pretty sure I would of called the cops... what would you do?
