HOUSTON, TX -- A Texas man has been accused of lassoing and tying another man to a bush. Houston police said the two intoxicated men were arguing about a woman when one of the men got a rope, lassoed the other man and dragged him through the parking lot of a nearby school.

"Me and the other officers arrived on the scene and found him. He was tied to a bush approximately six inches off the ground," Officer J.W. Sorensen of the Houston Police Department said.

The victim was treated at the scene for cuts and severe rope burns. Officers chased the suspect on foot for about five minutes before arresting him.
