I think he just preformed the "Scorpion" Thats a crash landing technique where the foot is bent so far backwards that your forced to kick your self in the back of the head... Pretty fuckin bad ass.

I never knew the name for the act of putting a foot down on the ground while riding a bike at full speed and having your foot shoot back, bending the knee instantly, thus swinging the foot upward swatting yourself in the the back of the head with the bottom of your boot.
I have successfully preformed "The Scorpion" a few times when I was a kid learning to ride.
