Dude this is awesome. I inherited my grandfathers M1 Garand a few months ago after he passed away. I've been looking to find something online just like this before I take it to the range just to know how to maintain it going forward. I'm too laze to read it... I'd rather watch. Great vid.

these babies were still being used in Vietnam even. my father still has his that he stripped down and took home.

Great weapon.
As with all semi/auto weapons, my experience is that fire discipline is very important.
Otherwise, you can throw rocks.
