whats up with the english term "fatally injured". Either they are injured, or they are killed.

yes, but the german words works differently. Our language builds on compositions. It takes tempora/time into account, which means first they get wounded and then they die from it.

A play on words.
Haven't you ever heard of nonfatal injuries? Well, although unusually worded, it's the opposite.

They were injured then died after, not sure the time frame that justifies fatally injured but if you die from you injuries that's fatally injured.

I agree! I guess filming is more important than running over there to at least see if anyone could be saved??

Its a mangled wreak. The pilots were most likely killed on impact

You ever been to a burning airplane wreck? You ever felt jet fuel, rubber, and hydraulic fluid burning intensely like that all in one place? Until you have you're in no position to make judgments about the efficacy of approaching the crash site - the crash in this video is not survivable - anyone can see that by looking at it. Shooting video could very well be the best thing to do inasmuch as it could assist investigators.

I agree. Unless, the crew got ejected 50 feet away, this crash and fire is not survivable. Not all of the flames and heat is visible. Getting too close could just ignite all would-be rescuers' clothing adding to the problem. Taking a video, calling 911 and keeping others at a safe distance is all that can be done at this point. RIP
