25 y.o. male LADA 112 driver entered the intersection while red light was lit for him. This resulted in a crash with Daimler-Benz bus.



After the collision LADA bounced off into another LADA 112, that stood at traffic lights. The bus, however, drove further off the carriageway and hit the pedestrian lights first and then a road lighting pole 20 metres farther. Disconnected cables damaged two more vehicles (Kia Rio and Toyota Mark II). 29 y.o. bus passenger was the only to seek for emergency treatment. He'd got a surface head injury, and left for home after receiving medical treatment.

Mode of traffic lights at the intersection is designed in such way - the bus was burning green, counter-flow of red. Street which left WHA - there at the time was burning red and just lit up the left green arrow.
