RIO 2016.
My place survived EURO 2012 and London 2012 plus now the London 2012 Paralympics and the Disabled British Open. Add in wedding season (wabbit season!) and a few concert festivals? Banner year.
I don't think Rio's going to have the same success.

"Lucky" to be alive? Hope he died: he lost an eye, some fingers, he's suffering like a splattered critter, surely he has permanent brain damages because of the wounds and the loss of blood and anyone thinks he's lucky???

@Lolling The wounds didn't look like they affected the brain and quite a few people live normal lives with just one eye.
Now I'm no doctor, but as far as I know the blood loss should only affect the brain if he bled out and stopped breathing, cutting off the oxygen supply to the brain.
Then again, lying there, with those sort of wounds and the agonizing pain he had to endure I wouldn't be surprised if he was wishing for death.
