The freaky part is someone was zooming those shots in that day, not after. But kinda wish we had the video directly watching the van as it exploded, not just windows breaking.

@Blunted420 There is footage of the explotion as it happens but it has been held back because of the fatalities caught on tape. If you look closely there are three dead people around the round flower bed the last few seconds. one at eight o'clock, one at eleven and one at twelve.

He was sentenced to 20 years. I realize that after 20 years, the court still has the ability to keep him in prison. But considering that 20 years is a long time, who know what our thinking will be then. The fact that he even has the slightest chance of being considered a release is a smack in the face to every victim. It ridiculous.

I dont think the lawmakers were remotly close to thinking about this scenario when they made the laws. But they did put in the law that at least give them a change to extend the penal.
Norway did have a capital punishment also, if the offender were tried in a court martial, but that option where terminated in 1979.
The last execution in Norway where from the Nazi trials in 1948.
