  • This is just so ridiculous. How many times has this been debunked already? .223 and .308 are serious sniper rounds? Seriously? This is just idiotic. They are used by just about every police department, security team, and military force in the country. Not to mention millions of recreational shooters.

      To be fair, .308 is a fairly decent sniper round. Although if you want to get serious I'd go with a .338 Lapua mag.

      But you're right. People are freaking out about nothing. The amount of training rounds fired every year is surprising.

      You don't use hollow points for target practice. Moreover 1.6 BILLION rounds have been purchased in the last 6 months. That is more then DHS needs for target practice.

    • @Syntax_Attack They should absolutely use hollow points for practice. When at all possible, you use the exact same round you plan to fire on the job. Hollow points are not some sort of special super bullet either. It's pretty standard and simple bullet. And how many rounds does DHS need for target practice then?

  • So the government is more important than the people that create it?
    Americans don't know what they have got themselves into, because of the protection laws, the ones they enforced after 9/11.. back than everyone was ok with it until the white guys were to be searched as well, just fyi your government is now allowed to send its police to take you out simply because they call you a terrorist.
