Looks like a bunch of useless acrobatics. If the guy covering me started doing flips I'd probably shoot him myself. If you are diving you want cover, not to pop up right away. If you aren't going for cover why are you diving and want to be standing up right away. Just leap to your left! Looks cool but it obviously didn't help you find OBL or take him out.
