Attack on Russian traffic police

The video claims the attack occurred May 9, 2012 in the city of Izerbash located in Dagestan, Russia. I haven't been able to find anything confirming an attack on that date but the video looks legit. It looks like one policeman was hit. Attack starts around the 1:30 mark.
