11 Militants Killed

Kabul (BNA) Security forces had killed 11 armed militants during series

of operations across the country the other day, interior ministry said

in a statement.



According to the statement, the operations had been carried out in

different provinces including Kabul, Nangarhar, Helmand, Urozgan and

Ghazni in which another militant was injured and 13 others were

captured.



Some quantity of arms and ammunitions including 18 anti-vehicle mines

were also seized by security forces during the operations, the statement

further said.
