Oktyabrsky, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, 18 November 2010 - A knife-wielding young muslim man bursts into a ministry of interior building shouting "Allahu akbar" and stabs two policemen, one of whom was hospitalized, other officer received only minor injuries. The attacker then tried to escape but was detained by the police. His motive for the attack was '"the need to establish the world will of Allah".
