so this video asserts that Bush Jr. pardoned Henry Lee Lucas because he is part of some cult. however, i do remember parts of this. I thought it was because the State of Texas could not prove without doubt that he did not lie about his confessions? I'm not saying he should have been set free. I'm saying that there was valid legal reasons behind the pardon from execution.
